4.4 Learning Designer

ISTE Standard 4.4 asks coaches to flex their muscles as instructional designers and demonstrate that they can support educators in meeting the needs and interests of all students. This requires authentic collaboration with the educators they are trying to support, as well as knowledge of what effective assessment, feedback, and accessibility look like in digital learning environments. Each substandard provides evidence for having met standard 4.4 through written investigations and applied learning.
