ISTE Standard 4.5 for coaches addresses what it means to organize and develop meaningful professional learning experiences for educators, especially in relation to technology integration. Coaches are not only asked to think critically about how they facilitate professional learning, they are meant to reflect on how effective the learning was in order to improve efforts in the future. Each substandard provides evidence for having met standard 4.5 through written investigations and applied learning.
