Katie Clum is a certified teacher and higher education professional residing in Seattle, Washington. Katie holds a Washington State teaching credential with K-8 and English/Language Arts endorsements and an MA in Theology. Currently she is working towards an MEd in Digital Education Leadership and PhD in Education at Seattle Pacific University. Katie is interested in exploring best practices in digital education pedagogy, adoption, and implementation. She is eager to continue her research in online teaching and learning, especially as it integrates with the changing landscape of higher education and creates new opportunities for access and innovation.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys being with her family, including her husband, Luke, her daughter, Nelly, and Moses the Great Pyrenees (her dog & first child). She spends as much time as possible exploring the great outdoors, making music, reading, and cooking good food.
